two points:

1. the website is not new...nor is the ability to check your breach status on the website..

2. Of what possible use is an article that discusses a website...but DOESN'T INCLUDE A LINK TO THE WEBSITE????

Here's the link the intrepid reporters of somd.com didn't bother to include: https://www.opm.gov/cybersecurity/

The website should be didhackersstealmyinfofromOPM.gov and the only thing on the page should be a giant "YES!".

With the OPM breach, this is the third free offer for credit monitoring I've gotten in two years.

We put way too much trust in other people handling our personal information when they repeatedly prove they are not capable of protecting it.

Unless we want to be completely off-grid, no job, no bank, no healthcare, no education, etc. I don't see where we have a choice.
