I noticed on the NFL website that the games for weeks 10-15 and week 17 are subject to change, and i know some 1 pm games last year were changed to 4 pm. Does anyone know when they make this decision?

Check nfl.com they have announced the changes already. I know one of the Skins v. Cowgirls has been changed to 4pm.
