Well, there are three possible consequences that I can see can come from this.

1) the games go twice as long due to refs taking more time to make decisions.:sarcasm:
2) no wrong, or even perceived wrong, doing will go un-questioned - the men won't get away with anything.:sarcasm:
3) the wages of reff'ing will decrease due to a greater supply of qualified refs.:yay: Which I can't say I really mind all that much. There is, in my opinion, too much money in major league sports.
