Wrong. It just proves that those races are more inclined to resist arrest and attack police. So they get shot for their trouble. Simple stuff really. "don't resist arrest, don't get shot" Let's call it the "Michael Brown Rule" of basic behavior.
Every day you just continue to prove yourself to be more of a piece of Sh**. Tell that to Philando Castile and the others who did everything right and were still killed. Go back to taking pictures of other peoples rusty boats and cars to post on here what a success you are because you are never going to prove it through logic or thought.

Again. you are an idiot. Studies show that treatment by police is not determined by economics but by race
That claim is patently false. That is your (and their) interpretation of the data. The data, as provided, proves nothing except black people are 2.8 times more likely (per million) to be dead from legal interaction than whites.

But, is that all there is to the data? Why, of course not!

If we look at the incarceration data, black people are 13% of the population, but 40% of who is incarcerated. That means they are 2.8 times more likely to be shot while conducting 3.1 times more crime, making them LESS LIKELY overall to be shot.

But, that's just math and knowledge. How about a test to prove it?
Try reading The Myth of Social Class and Crime Revisited: An Examination of Class and Adult Criminality. "The direct correlation between crime and class, when factoring for race alone, is relatively weak. When gender, and familial history are factored, class correlates more strongly with crime than race or ethnicity. Studies indicate that areas with low socioeconomic status may have the greatest correlation of crime with young and adult males, regardless of racial composition, though its effect on females is negligible."

When I say, "documentation to back that up", this is what I mean. I do not mean CNN.

Again. You are a moron if you believe that blacks and whites are treated the same by police. Whether rich or poor blacks are treated worse by police. I know it from anecdotal experience growing up. When we got in trouble it was always the black kid or kids who must be the dealer or the instigator. When we got pulled over they were the ones searched, or had their ID's run not me.

Read any newspaper in the country and you will see the trends. It is not an economic issue unless you can show me all the whites that are killed by police and subsequently acquitted or undisciplined. It just doesn't happen and denying it only worsens the problem. So it might "annoy" you or make you feel "uncomfortable" while you watch the game but thats a small price to pay for our country to wake up and do something about it.

Also things were a bit different in 1996. your sources just like your attitude is dated

One lousy example is all you could come up with?? That's it? And not even an example with a "child" in it!

We know you are a liar..and apparently you are blind as well. And since when did fiberglass rust, short bus? LMAO. You have a standing invitation to personally come view my collection of "others peoples boats, cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, etc" When shall I expect you?

But where is the data to support your assertion about police massacring black kids?

That exactly where you are wrong.

Studies show that it is not about social economics but explicitly about race.

Poor whites to not suffer the same rate of violence as poor blacks do.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/20/health/black-men-killed-by-police/index.html
I said social status. Not social economics, but can see how you'd get confused as sometimes they are the same.

If race were the sole factor, why was OJ set free? Social status. This is also a case where he had the money to adequately defend himself in court.

If race were a factor, why did police shoot 19 year old Zach Hammond a few years ago for selling a bit of pot? Why did they they beat to death the homeless Kelly Thomas in 2011? Both of whom where white people.

In fact, a study of police killings in 2015 found that in the first 5 months, 95% of the police killings that year happened in neighborhoods with a median family income under $100,000. No police killings happened in neighborhoods with a median family income over $200,000.
http://www.alternet.org/civil-liberties/95-police-killings-2015-occurred-neighborhoods-incomes-under-100000?sc=fb

This is nothing new though. Studies from as far back as the 70s and 80, and even 90s show that poverty is associoated with crime. Rich people just happen to commit more white collar crimes.

Celebrating in the end zone, putting a sticker on the helmet in support of cops, shoes honoring 911, etc… all of those are benign instances of players wanting to express themselves. In this instance, they have chosen the wrong moment and wrong platform. Showing this sort of contempt for the flag hits at the soul of so many Americans, largely because there are so many who have served or have family members who have served. Americans can overlook little individual and selfish displays of celebration or protest, but we have very little tolerance for people that show contempt for the symbols that represent our freedoms that don’t exist, and have never existed, anywhere else. I think there is going to be a backlash big enough to put a stop to this nonsense.
What you are missing is that this protest isn't supposed to be comfortable and nice for you. It is supposed to ruffle some feathers. kapernick thought he was going to get this response when he did it originally, but no one really bought into it. trumps comments validated kapernick's claims, just like the racist rants we are seeing in response to this weekends kneeling.
they chose to kneel during the anthem to get their cause noticed and it worked.

So in other words...you know your lying, as you always are, and desperately try to avoid being called on it. Gotcha.

Now about the background data you are going to provide about all those poor black children being shot by cops..where is it?

What are the dates of these anecdotes? I'm just wondering if they are as dated as scholarly studies.

Do you have any studies to back up your anecdotes, like I have?

Read any newspaper in the country and you will see the trends. It is not an economic issue unless you can show me all the whites that are killed by police and subsequently acquitted or undisciplined. It just doesn't happen and denying it only worsens the problem. So it might "annoy" you or make you feel "uncomfortable" while you watch the game but thats a small price to pay for our country to wake up and do something about it.
How about the white chick killed by the Somali in Minneapolis earlier this year? You know, she was standing idly by, talking with the partner of the Somali, unarmed - and dead now for it. That a good anecdote, timely enough?

How about CDC statistics that show in 1968, "legal intervention" resulted in the death of 8.6 out of every million blacks. For whites the rate was was 0.9 deaths per million. In 2011, legal intervention shootings caused 2.74 deaths for every million blacks, and 1.28 deaths for every million whites. That means black killings are only 31% of what they were, but white killings are 142% of what they were. Seems like you're right - the numbers I showed would be WORSE than what they are today.

But, I just had scholarly studies going over gobs of data over multiple years and post-doctoral people doing the review of the data and math professionals looking over the methodology. You have PERSONAL ANECDOTES and CNN. How could real data ever compete with that in minds like yours?

Because we have the video. Unless you are vehemently pro cop and anti person of color there really is no other interpretation.
You saw the dashcam video from the cop presented at trial, or the video AFTER he was shot given by his girlfriend?
