I'm just passing this along...the farm owners says:
Please pass this message onto anyone who you think may be interested in him.
According to Maryland law, the described horse must be sold at auction to
satisfy a judgement and lien I have for non-payment of board. He is a 12yo,
15.3, Bay, TB gelding, very sweet and kind. I’m sure he is worth more than
what I am owed, however I have to follow the law and hold a public auction.
I cannot keep him for myself according to the law. Please let anyone know
who may be looking for a nice TB to trail ride, show or foxhunt. The
auction will be held at my farm in Forest Hill, MD, 10:00 am on Saturday,
April 18, 2009. Anyone who would like to see him in person or pictures of
him before the auction may call me at 410.893.3519
