U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake today sentenced Johnson Olatunji Ogunyemi, age 50, a Nigerian national residing in Owings Mills, Maryland, to 30 months in federal prison, after Ogunyemi pleaded guilty to forgery and false use of a passport, fraud and misuse of a visa, and money laundering. Judge Blake also ordered Ogunyemi to forfeit $105,561.
