I have had my Ninja a few years now and I love it. It is one of the most used kitchen appliances I own never had any issues with it. I bought it from QVC they have an awesome return policy and easy pay. Try it out and if you don't love it you can return it. They have extended return policy for the holidays right now as well. So if you bought one and didn't like it you have until the end of January 2015 to return it. I tried looking up the one I bought but it is not on there anymore. Here is one similar.
