I have a friend with one and she loves it. They're too big for me. We've got the GMC Acadia and LOVE it! This baby is fully loaded and has 3rd row seating. You get the roominess of an SUV, but it drives like a sedan. It's completely different than my Envoy.

They are big and boxy. But if you're looking at the Armada, I don't really see too much difference in size.

My Brother has an Armada; but he and his wife have FOUR kids. It's an a**-hauler. It's got the Nissan V-8 whatever size it is.....all the "bells and whistles." Pretty kewl SUV.

Don't rule them out before taking a look at one. It might actually work well for you. I like the Nissan Pathfinder - it's a little smaller, but still has lots of room. The GMC Terrain is pretty cool looking, but I'm not sure if they offer third row seating.
What about the Honda Pilot? Or the Acura MDX? The Acura is a smaller SUV and is considered a crossover (which I know you don't prefer). They are super nice and sleek!

BTW.....if you take pics of him indoors, might I suggest using a flash? Then we can really see how big that handsome fella is.

Sorry about the misjudgement on my part. It's was just tough distinguishing his size in the picture. He's gonna get huge though, right? What breed is Tyson?? He looks like a Boxer or a Mastiff breed(??)

Cuz she is the same exact way about ours... And I must say, I have absolutely no complaints.. Drove it 4.5 hrs down to NC, very comfortable, had cargo room for our junk and a boat load of our daughters stuff with room to spare...We test drove a 3rd row Armada... And
, it was a used one, but I absolutely hated it... Didn't like the ride, didn't have space worth of damn (even in 2nd row)... I think it was an 05 or 06... Maybe they changed things around, but I thought it was junk.. JMHO
