The NJ Gov who was in a wreck in his SUV was going 95 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Next time you get stopped in NJ for speeding..remind the cop of that fact and that a NJ State Tropper was driving...

Dont you love elected officials who "obey" the laws???

Can't figure out why it had it flashing lights on, not an emergency as far as I can figure out. Use of flashing lights usually limited to emergency vehicles..police, fire and rescue.

I like how he wasn't wearing the mandatory seatbelt. Way to set an example, Gov!

If he had worn his seatbelt, he would have given a press conference and talked about how he was a bit sore instead of having more than a dozen broken bones. What a maroon!

In all fairness, the article says 91mph, but still! Damn! I want one of these SUV's!

He was on his way to meet the girls from the Rutgers B-ball team.

Just goes to show you what a politician will do for a photo-op.

Didn't it say he was being driven??

He was being driven by a state trooper. From looking at the picture of the Chevy Suburban, it looked pretty much intact. If he’d had his seat belt on, he would’ve gotten away with some scratches and a bad headache.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />
