NMCI and Metrocast??

I am thinking about getting metrocast but I use my NMCI computer at night with email. How hard is it to set up? Do I have to load software to get online?

Currently I have dial up and didn't have to load any software so NMCI doesn't care.

No software to load, but I have had issues with acually being able to connect. Webmail seems to work though.
