FOXNews.com - Teen at Center of School Bus Brawl Charged - Greta Van Susteren | On The Record With Greta

Remember the recent incident that was caught on video of a little beeotch on a school bus yelling at the driver, who the driver got up and smacked around while the girl was threatening to sue? Looks like Little Miss Bus Lawyer was a bit mistaken as to her rights. The bus driver will not be charged and the girl is getting charged with disorderly conduct. Sometimes the legal system does work.

They should give bus drivers a taser. Little Miss Bus Lawyer should have been laying on the floor twitching in a puddle of her own drool 2 seconds after she walked up front and declared she was getting off the bus.

Back in the stone age before civil liberties and all that crap, my father owned and operated school busses. If a student got out of line and wouldn't correct their bad behavior after being forewarned, my Father would pull the bus over to the side of the road, open the door and announce to the offender "GET OUT!" In today's world he'd be in jail and/or sued by the parents. The offender didn't run home and blab to Mommy and Daddy about what had taken place on the school bus as they'd have been in even more trouble.

Absolutely. Back in the 60s when I was growing up, the driver had all of the courtesy and respect they deserved. If someone of was out of line and got reprimanded, it was egg on our face, not the driver's. It was you who would wind up in the principal's office trying to explain to Dad why he had to come down there during working hours.

When I was married to my second, towards the end of our marriage, I had to deal with a teenager and her friends who used to come over to my house and disrespected me all the time ("Act your age and not your IQ", was one of the taunts I heard from these brats).
Every time I told them to be respectful, I was answered with such answers as "I know my rights." They were astounded when I told them that the only rights that they had at that age was the right to be educated properly in a proper school setting and the right to learn to acquire respect by being as respectful to those that had paid their dues. Of course, their "educated" replies were that their school had taught them their "constitutional" rights were not to be abused, even if thy couldn't give me a comprehensible clue as to what those rights entailed . Imagine their fury at being told that they had to "earn" those rights like the rest of us used to have to do.
Unfortunately the ACLU in attempting to "protect"our children have as usual gone way off the deep end and this little gal is just a tiny byproduct of this .

When I showed this video to my daughter her attitude (for about 5 secs) was I don't think the girl did anything wrong. I went on to explain to her that if that was her on that bus and she did that I would have BEAT HER A$$ and further explained that she would have apologized to the driver of the school bus in front of and loud enough for all the other kids on the bus to hear. She then suddenly understood what I meant.

I am glad this little biatch got charged. BTW did anyone see the interview her and her mom did on either CNN or MSNBC... Mom and daughter blaming the bus diver and not once did mom offer to place any of the blame on her spoiled-a$$ kid..

You are definitely correct...the fruit in the case of this spoiled brat did not fall far from the tree..the blame definitely is mainly on this parent and her 60's "Do your own thing" attitude. I knew if I had done something like that , my dad would have ensured I wouldn't have made it this far in life...LOL.
BTW...the crow, once saturated with lots of wasabe.went down well...lol.
Go G Man....long may you go !

Van Susteren did an interview with the girl and her mom, and of course it was all the bus driver's fault. Van Susteren said she supported the kid's position and that the driver should be charged if anybody. When the state's attorney who made the decision came on her show to answer questions about why the girl had been charged Van Susteren said that she had received a ton of emails about this case and they were all saying Van Susteren was wrong.

I finally saw the "Don't taze me, bro!" video last night.
