I am a self-employed Contractor looking for a "reputable" mortgage broker to handle a "no doc" refinance.

Anyone have friends or relatives that they would recommend?

I used American Mortgage Professionals in Prince Frederick, and was pleased with them.

But you'd be better off getting all your paperwork together - you get a lower rate that way.
