I dunno, if you're not going to cover up why not use the room? And what does having a toddler with you have to do with the decision not to use the room?

Probably baby fingernail scratches. I get them when I put my daughter in the same type of carrier.

Depending on the room size... I mean, if it's the size of a handicap bathroom stall, trying to coop a toddler up in there would be a serious PITA.

It sounds perfectly reasonable to me that she was feeding the baby in the carrier. There are laws that say nursing in public is okay. There was nothing posted on the commissary to say otherwise.
