The Bad guy:

A fugitive gunman accused of killing a Florida sheriff’s deputy was shot 68 times by SWAT team officers who found him hiding in the woods, according to autopsy results.

Chalk one up for the good guys.

“That’s all the bullets we had, or we would have shot him more,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel newspaper.

Anyone deserves shooting, do it right sez I.

Time to take up a collection and get the good guys in Florida some more bullet money.

Good story. I hope he felt every bullet. Why isn't this guy's mamma plastered all over the TV crying about how her boy was good and didn't know why the da big bad police shot him?

I am surprised that there wasn't actually more shots fired. From what I understand there was apprx. 10 SWAT members that engaged him. I would bet that they all had either m4's or mp5's with either burst or full auto. So I guess that would be about right, I saw some people crying over the amount of shots fired. It is not as though they work out which one of them is gonna shoot before hand. Target presents itself, deadly force determine, fire until threat is no longer.
