Yeah, I heard about it on the radio this morning and figured it was already posted this morning.

It's the typical over-reaction that's happening now in schools.

A 5 year old was expelled some time back for holding up a wooden block and saying "it's a bomb". Instead of the teacher taking a ruler to the kids ass, they expelled him.
