Just got back from Annapolis so after 80 miles am VERY happy with the N102. Much quieter then the Caberg, whoever said the Caberg was quiet, must of been pushing a barn door down the road.

This is still a modular so not completely quiet, but I can still hear my engine at 50, wind noise doesn't pick up until around 60.. buffeting from about 65 to 80 then smooths out again at 80. Can't wait to install the speakers and microphone to see how the music sounds.

I can't compare it to a full face, as I haven't had a full face since my BIEFFE in 1984, but compared to the Caberg, the N102 is a winner.

Scale of 1 - 10

-------------- Caberg -------------Nolan

Comfort----------9.7----------------9.3

Noise-------------7-----------------9

Vison-------------7-----------------9.5

Venting-----------8-----------------8.5

Flip Front---------9-----------------10 (hands free closing)

Sun VIsor---------10----------------9

Price--------------7-----------------9 (Caberg $325 Nolan $220)

I noticed on my way down the road that I can now see my mirrors without turning my head, I still need to turn my head slightly to see what's in my mirrors due to my glasses, but in the caberg I had to turn my head pretty radically just to see them.

In the Caberg I couldn't see any of my warning lights without looking down, now I can see them without moving my head at all. It seems the Caberg Chin BAr is a lot taller blocking your downward vision CONSIDERABLY!

The Nolan has an external sun visor that works well, but the Caberg's was internal so you could open the visor for air, but still use the sun visor, the Nolan if you want the sun visor you have to have the front closed.

I rode with the lid open in town up to 50 MPH, VERY quiet, and VERY comfortable.. closed it up, and was even more quiet. At a stop light I can lift the lid with one hand, and after I start moving can close it with just a quick nod of the head.

Hands down, my choice would be the Nolan.
