There's a house that just went up for rent in my 'hood. I don't know what the monthly amount is, but I could give you the name/number of the property manager. :shrug:

Towey Ct is not a terrible place to live. Lived there for about a year 14 yrs ago. It is / was run under an HOA. Watch out for that.
