anybody know what is going on in northern end of county? future daughter-in-law has been in stopped traffic near Rt 6 for about 45 minutes

They're probably doing road construction and have it down to one lane. I sat in that mess about a week ago.

They are doing the same thing on Rt. 4 just south of PF in the north bound lane, it was a mess this morning with only one lane open.

Maybe its the other way around starts in Nanjemoy and ends in Mechcanicsville? :shrug:

This morning was the worst, think they start to early it was 9 this morning and the backup was like from Golden beach Rd back by Mechcanicsville School, I went out to get some flowers at 9 on Rt 236 and had to take all backroads to get back to Charlotte Hall, Lockes Hill to Rt. 6 to All Faith to Golden Beach Rd to Rt. 5.
