Samarjeet “Sam” Virk, a North Point High School junior, is the Student Member of the Board of Education of Charles County for the 2024-2025 school year. A total of 2,408 student votes were cast in the election held April 15 through May 17. Students in Grades 6-12 were eligible to vote in the election.
