An Idaho couple has slapped abortion conglomerate Planned Parenthood with a child support lawsuit for failing to kill their baby, Fox News reports.
The couple claims that Planned Parenthood "deceived" them and now wants the agency to pay for the costs of raising "an additional unplanned child."
"Biana Coons, who was six weeks pregnant with her son, traveled 700 miles with her partner, Cristobal Ruiz, to a Planned Parenthood in Albuquerque, New Mexico in February 2016 to avoid the mandatory waiting period in her home state," reports Fox News. "The couple, which already had two children, didn't want another one."
