Just a few thoughts on this....

"Kennedy and a friend tried to rescue the men using a 13-foot boat but rough waters forced them back."

1) Didn't know he had any friends.....
2) Wonder why he didn't try to rescue his lady friend a number of years ago....
3) Can you see that in a 13' boat with another person trying to rescue 6 people....That's a boatload...
4) That was not a funny story....so....Why did it make me laugh....?

I read in another story the friend launched Teddy like a big pink raft and tried to get the 6 men to climb on. When they refused the fire department took over.
