Now I've seen everything

That's nothin'. There was an article not too long ago in the local philly suburb rag about a guy that had been caught 9 times. Judges change seats, and don't read the files prior to making a decision. there are other factors, most of which due to ignorance or lack of diligence on the side of the courts. I've seen this time and again over the last year (courts, states attorney's office... not doing the required homework). It's extremely frustrating.

Way back in the olden days (the 80’s) I worked with a guy that had 20 some DWI’s pending when he was stopped again (for another DWI) and that Deputy locked him up after he found out that this guy that all the other DWI’s pending. He got 6 months in the county jail, and lost his Md drivers license for life. So he just moved to another state

I do have to give the woman credit for actually SHOWING up to court. Some people get another DWI/DUI and move to another state, so they don’t have to face the consequences of their actions.

A guy that used to work for me had like 10 arrests. He drove home from Bean's bar and got his 11th. The kicker is that the bar is about 100 yards from his house!

Then he was all excited because he had 2 weeks paid vacation coming to him from his state job...so he looked at it like he got a paid vacation and spent it relaxing and not being bothered by his nagging wife and screaming brats, 3 squares, TV.........ARGH!

Had pizza at your place the other night. It was very good. :yay:

One thing... please ask your waitress not to call complete strangers Sweetie, over and over and over again. :huggy:

Don't states "talk" to each other nowadays? Like if the person applies for a DL in another state, doesn't the computer show their suspended/revoked license from his original state?

If it doesn't, it should and it should also indicate he's wanted in the home state allowing the state police at the DMV to arrest them.

Thanks for the thumbs up!

As long as I have been in this business, I'm thrilled to have the hard working, honest and friendly servers I have. I feel lucky to have them. I hear so many complaints from other restaurant owners about rude, sloppy, lazy employees who just don't give a ####, I'd MUCH rather be on this side of the issue! :huggy:

I don't believe that they do have a state to state computer linking system....well, with the exception of the CDL licenses

If you currently hold a CDL on your license, the court system/police can pull up any and all of your records from any state
