The parents of a two-year-old are suing a nursery after it was alleged that employees couldn’t get their toddler to go to sleep – so they duct-taped him to a mat.
Krist and Brad Galbraith, of Fort Worth, Texas, are seeking $1million in damages from the Heart2Heart Montessori Academy for fraud and negligence after an ex-employee of the day care centre sent them pictures of their son wrapped in a blanket and bound with silver duct tape.
