It seems these tin-pot dictators are using this to go full speed ahead with their real plans. Food and housing is next.
I joked about this to DW, three weeks ago, and it seemed ridiculous. But now...
We have seen this movie before, almost exactly 100 years ago, and let me spoil the ending -- it sucks, for everyone.
So far, thank God, our farmers and supply chain are managing to keep food in stores, but my gut is churning, and eye is a-twitching. Both sides of my family have lived through the following two joyful events, and it was... not good.
Holodomor , and the Volga famine . Follow the links if you can stand to see photos of starving kids. Both events have one single cause: Socialist "redistribution" of resources.
I was sincerely hoping, that in the USA, with our love of freedom, 2A, and accountability of politicians this has no chance of happening. I'm fearing that I was wrong.
