Yesterday, as I am sure you already know, James O’Keefe launched his new media enterprise: the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG). The video promoting his new venture was really directed at two different audiences: the obvious announcement to the public, of course, but it also contained a special secret message directed at Project Veritas’ board of directors and remaining staff. I’ll translate it for you, as best I can understand.





The video portion of the clip (not the audio) begins with James’ first big story, the ACORN exposé. Then it quickly shows O’Keefe arriving in a BLACK SUV, being handed a SANDWICH, of which he takes one bite then tosses it BEHIND HIM, then moves into a series of happy, upbeat, solo DANCE MOVES before it returns to James speaking directly to the viewer.

The audio was unconnected with and largely separate from the video. It was two different messages: one audio, one visual.

The video sent a farewell message to the board: James originally started Project Veritas, not them (the initial ACORN image), but they savaged him over trivially stupid stuff like BLACK CARS, SANDWICHES, and a DANCE production — all of which appeared in sequence. The images had double meanings: James is not sorry (still using black cars), throws the disgusting Project Veritas sandwich BEHIND HIM — he’s moving on — and is Snoopy dancing into his new venture without them (the solo dance moves); in other words, he couldn’t be more happy about it.

You have to hand it to him. It was pretty brilliant.

There might be some other minor insider elements and inside jokes that I’m just not well-enough briefed in on to know. But it was clever for James to communicate with them this way, since he is almost certainly restricted as to what he can say by his former employment contracts with Project Veritas. He simultaneously trolled the board masterfully and sent a message to the firm’s other employees, who are almost certainly floundering in a morale crisis right now.

We’ll be multiplying the new OMG firm as soon as I can get them to setup a special page for C&C to enter classic “multiplier-style” donations. In the meantime, James is currently soliciting fixed-amount subscriptions and “founding member” plans at www.okeefemediagroup.com.

The project was tied to the 2022 midterm election. This was unique for Chris because he had been involved in tech and data for the majority of his adult career although he never used his expertise on a political project. What he and a small group of others determined was that Washington State had a massive network of campaign finance mules. They identified massive numbers of registered voters in Washington State who were making thousands of donations to Democrat party candidates nationwide and progressive PACs. The individual donation amounts were not large. These donations were small and had been intentionally set up to avoid throwing up reg flags.

These “Money Mules” were not wealthy individuals. They were average Americans, living in an average house in an average neighborhood. Or at least that is how it would appear. The investigative group observed massive patterns and red flags in the data. One of the biggest flags was that all of these campaign finance mules in Washington State had been making donations to Raphael Warnock in Georgia.

Another massive pattern discovered was that these very active donors were all unemployed. It appeared that their full-time job was making donations to Democrat candidates and their campaigns.

Here’s how it works:

• A person makes a donation to a left-leaning politician or organization.
• Bogus donors then continue to make donations — sometimes thousands of them — using the original donor’s identity.
• Many of the exploited donors are elderly and/or unemployed and have no idea their names and addresses are being used in the bogus donation scam.

The top “donor” in Arizona supposedly made 18,672 contributions in only three years, which breaks down to just over 17 donations per day. Another person allegedly donated more money than the value of her home. Still another Tuscon woman claims she did not make the 18,000 donations made in her name, to the tune of $170,000, despite what the Federal Election Commission (FEC) records show.

A New Orleans man, whose occupation was listed as “not employed,” allegedly made 847 separate donations, for a total of $18,276.54.

James O’Keefe released a video Thursday evening in which two female inmates at the Washington State Correctional Center for Women (WCCW) discussed how male inmates allegedly abuse the system by claiming to be transgender so they can get into the facility for women.

O’Keefe said that WCCW has been “the tip of the spear with inclusivity in the prison system” as he went on to explain that OMG News went to great lengths to protect the identities of the two women by significantly altering their voices and blurring out their faces.

The video identified the inmates as “Inmate #1” and “Inmate #2,” and it was not clear how or when the interview was conducted.

“So, we have men rapists, men murderers, child rapists, men who have killed women and are in prison for raping and killing women who get put in our rooms,” Inmate #1 claimed. “Imagine coming into your room one day and you’re in closed custody and you turn around and there is a man standing there peeing in the toilet because you have the bathroom in your room in CCU. Federal Judge Overturns Ban on Publicly Recording Without Consent​

A federal judge has overturned an Oregon law that criminalizes the recording of someone without their consent on the grounds that it violates the First Amendment.

In a 2-1 ruling by a Ninth Circuit panel, Judge Sandra Ikuta declared Oregon law 165.540 unconstitutional because the state does not have an obligation to protect people’s privacy in public places.

First passed in 1955, the law was later expanded to include the secret recording of conversations. It does, however, contain exceptions for law enforcement and other specific interest groups.

The ruling states:

In general, the government does not have a compelling interest in protecting individual privacy against unwanted communications (including the “speech” comprised of recording others) in areas open to the public unless the audience’s “substantial privacy interests are being invaded in an essentially intolerable manner.”

Judge Ikuta goes on to write that the law “burdens more protected speech than is necessary to achieve its stated interest”:

The law regulates protected speech to avoid impinging on people’s conversational privacy. But in public places, speech does not intrude on privacy unless it intrudes in “an essentially intolerable manner.” See Berger, 569 F.3d at 1056 (holding that a statute prohibiting “passive and unthreatening acts” such as offering a handbill or displaying a sign, even if the communications were unwanted, was not narrowly tailored under intermediate scrutiny).
As the Supreme Court has explained, “it is difficult, indeed, to justify a prohibition on all uninvited approaches . . . regardless of how peaceful the contact may be, without burdening more speech than necessary to prevent intimidation.”

“There’s a group of about nine men. They’re there, they’re on their phones, they’ve never been there before. It was just a little bit of a concern,” one official could be heard saying in a recorded 911 call that was made that day.

“There’s about eight of them, and none of our administrators recognize them as past students. They’re not parents. They’re different-looking. Some look Trumpish. They look a little scary,” the same official, identified as executive assistant to the superintendent Toni McLaughlin, later told a responding officer.

The responding officer was identified by O’Keefe as local Ofc. Pancione. As for the group of eight men, whom McLaughlin and Pancione later went on to compare to Antifa terrorists, O’Keefe identified them as “citizen journalists” working for OMG.

The clip then switched back to the bodycam footage and showed Pancione trash-talking O’Keefe and OMG with McLaughlin and several other school officials. At one point they claimed that O’Keefe and his “citizen journalists” weren’t allowed to attend a Livingston School Board hearing because they didn’t live there.

“What’s remarkable is the officer is still wearing the bodycam but apparently forgets that he’s wearing it, because it captures his blasé, mini-tyrannical side, saying that he doesn’t answer to citizens, he doesn’t answer to citizen journalists, and he doesn’t care that we are journalists,” O’Keefe said in response to the trash-talking.

“Obviously, the police officer does indeed exist to serve and protect the citizens and has to answer to citizens. That’s why we obtained the bodycam footage in the first place through a public records request,” he added.

O’Keefe then debunked the “living in Livingston” talking point.

“At one point, Ofc. Pancione, in conjunction with Toni McLaughlin, questioned whether we, I, have a right to be at the school board meeting. This is clearly erroneous. The New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act … ensures the public can attend all school board meetings in the state regardless of where you live, so this officer is ignorant of the law,” he said.

“At one point, Ofc. Pancione speaks with Susan Berman. She’s an official in the human resources department in the Livingston school district, and Susan Berman is absolutely giddy about scanning license plates of the citizens in the parking lot,” O’Keefe noted.

Indeed, and Ofc. Pancione was 100 percent down with it, telling her, “I can run the license plates.” Based on what? Evidently nothing more than the claim that the eight men looked “Trumpish.”

Thanks to an undisclosed IBM whistleblower, video from a particularly disgraceful Zoom meeting shows IBM’s diverse CEO Arvind Krishna, smiling benevolently like an elderly grandpa, illegally threatening mid-level executives at IBM and its affiliates with financial sanctions and even termination if they don’t hire more black people and women, tout suite.

But, still grinning beneficently, CEO Arvind carefully pointed out they don’t want any more Asians.
