Roughly where are you located?
Hospitals I can think of off the top of my head:
-Prince Frederick (Calvert County - Calvert Memorial Hospital)
-Leonardtown (St. Mary's County - St. Mary's Hospital)
-La Plata (Charles County - Civista Medical Center)
I delivered at St. Mary's with Dr. Tilley as my OB. Great guy, I'll be seeing him again when it's time for #2.

Where are you located? Everyone and their mother goes to Somd women's health..most refer to it as "dr. polko's office" but you end up seeing the whole office. They are located in leonardtown...I love the office and had a GREAT experience there.

Does your insurance have a provider directory? I'd check through there as well.
im sorry my mind is in the clouds today.. my oldest has his 8th birthday and i dont know where the time wenti live in charles county !
Capital Women's Care, Dr. Bushrod (that's seriously her name, lol) is awesome! She only delivers at Southern Maryland Hosptial though...which is fine by me, she'll be delivering my lil boy there in February
im due in jan. 
, right now i fight for my records.... my old ob wants me to come in... wouldnt be a big deal BUT he is in middle tn 
.... i will prolly go for the closest hospital since im scared things going too fast... i have a high pain tolerance and have trouble ( at least the last 2 times ) to figure out im in labor... im scared i end up at home giving birth

Eeee. Yeah, definitely go for the closest. If you're in lower Charles County (Charlotte Hall, etc) that'll be St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown. If you're up towards La Plata, Waldorf, etc it'll be Civista in La Plata. If you're more by Hughesville the closest MIGHT be Calvert Memorial Hospital in Prince Frederick. I'd look up the directions from your house and find which is closest.

How long have you been in the area? I mean...what OB are you seeing now? I imagine with 16 weeks to go you have to see someone. I'd call around and find a new doctor, maybe they can get your records for you. I don't see how your doctor in TN can keep them from you, that's got to be against some type of law...no??
they keep telling me that not i fill the form out but my husband does... what is not the case... they called me a few min ago saying that they will fax it over... fingers are crossed lol... i see an ob since we found out,because i have alot complications! i seen my old ob right before we left ( end of last month ) so im due to see one soon... hope it works! im going to see dr. hotchkiss... hope soon... need another ultrasound! mine is a boy too by the way

but it sounds like you should be getting your records soon and are going to Dr. Hotchkiss....sooooo congrats
