Secondly,

The polls are open for 13 hours and yet you feel the need to vote absentee? It used to be that absentee was for folks who were gonne be out of your state when the election was going on... This sounds like something ACORN would come up with!!

Most people do not work more than 10 hours a day so that leaves 3 hours to vote...

Oh that's we Americans are lazy and hate to be put out!!!

Oh, I'm totally a Palin fan, no doubt about it! But, I was already a McCain supporter before he picked her. In fact, I was hoping he was going to pick Romney.

But I am very upbeat & encouraged for the future of the Republican party with people like Sarah Palin (as well as Governor Bobby Jindal, & former Lt. Governor Michael Steele) in it. It was an added plus to discover that she has a couple of issues which are of interest to me - special education/the challenges of special needs children being one of them.

If you were actually "protecting" your country your seniors would make the time available to you to vote on election day!!! In what way are you protecting our country and who is saying you cannot go out and vote on election day?

I really want to know because I want to call your supervisors and let them know that not letting you vote on election day is unpatriotic!!!

I, (an Obama supporter who you all like to categorize as non-working welfare recipients) will be working a minimum of 14 hours on Election Day to try to ensure all voters get to vote.

Still waiting to see where you are working (to defend this country) that will not give you the time off to cast a vote!!!

P.S. Waiting in line at a welfare office does not count towards defending your country!!!

Ahh the assumtion that I am a republican!!! Missed on that one you did... I am actually an independent and I truly did serve my country for 22 years! Yet i never had to vote absentee unless I was actually "overseas" serving!!!
