The other two include a bill that would target more federal funds to predominately black colleges, and a bill that would ease U.S. citizen background check requirements -- and help pay for immigrants legal fees in becoming citizens.

For goodness sakes, Radio, that would be EQUALITY! It would imply that all men (and women) are equally capable of doing work, getting good grades in school, rising to the challenge.

Probably the strongest consideration of which candidate to go with this time. Presidents, as we all know, have very, very little actual power to change much. Their best hope of effecting change is that they're equal to half of Congress via their veto power, and have the largest voice in who goes to different appointed positions.

Consider who each candidate keeps as close associates - personal and professional - when considering who to vote for. That type of person will be your Sec State, Sec Def, SCOTUS member, etc....
