First off - OMG the flippin' trees are GONE! Road to the mall looks naked!
Second - does anyone know what restaurants are going in (yeah, like Waldorf needs another restaurant, then again have you tried getting a table an ANY restaurant in town between the hours of 4:30 and 8:30 Thursday thru Sunday?) and projected completion date?
I don't get the MD Independent anymore so have missed any articles there may have been. Also been to the stcharlesmd site but they just have a picture and some specs.
What chains would you like to see there? What kind of restaurants? Personally I think we could use some upscale stuff like Smith and Wollensky's, Cheesecake Factory, Ruth's Cris, etc. (Not Legal Seafood tho, we've got the best crabshacks in the east already established!) With all the folks living in Agricopia-type developments and lots of families having two incomes, I know the salary base here would probably support it.
I hope it turns out as nice as they have planned it, whatever they put there.
Thanks guys!
