Off road trails for mountain biking?

I know that there is St. Mary's River State Park, but where is there some good bike trails in St. Mary's. I am getting my bike tuned up for biking season.

Now there's something that I haven't done in a few years. I need to though...I'm WAY outta shape since I did that last. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

They have trails at Greenwell State Park in Hollywood. SHould check them out,. they are pretty good, just have to share with the horses..

Northeast of Pinefield/Waldorf area - turn right after you leave Waldorf area crossing Prince George county line. Turn right onto Cedarville road. There's a brown sign which you can't miss.

I have to get my mountain bike tuned up. My road bike is been like my main concern lately since I am going to be riding it many miles in June.
