A guy at work was hard up for a place to live and took an apartment where this happened and he slept through the shooting. He must be one deep sleeper. 😆

It appears that someone needs some more training.
Ken, I wasn't there, don't know the circumstances, and stuff happens very quickly. Sadly, a former co-worker accidentally shot someone at 1AM who was with an active shooter. He hasn't been right since.
Now, even though it sound stupid, officers have one more thing to consider in haste....That is, if he/she shoots, regardless of FACTS, he/she could be indicted by people like Mosby, Alsobrooks, any other Progressive state's attorney looking for their 15 seconds of fame.

How would you have handled the scenario?

Hell, if I was thinking all about that BS I wouldn't shoot at all. But if I do shoot I want to be as proficient as possible and hit what I aimed at, thus training.
