It is sick. There's a huge difference between somebody who volunteers for these missions and somebody who probably did not understand what was going to happen. Yes, I realize some people with Down's Syndrome are highly functional but until they tell me otherwise I'm going to doubt that's the case as they are listing her as otherwise since somebody else detonated the bombs.
