Does must admit mean must include?
because, they can come in and sit, but there is nothing that says anyone has to talk to them or include them in anything.

and personally, I think that will hurt their feelings even more.

The memo noted that spouses clubs and various other private institutions are allowed to operate on bases only if they adhere to a non-discrimination policy encompassing race, religion, gender, age, disability and national origin

All they need to do is move their club off base and the problem is solved.

I expect thats what will be done. Maybe they will take turns meeting at each others homes.
