Silly me; I always believed Congress controlled spending, not the President.
So, somebody saw the Iron Dome in action, and he got a stiffy, and now he wants to put it to the American people. Again.
The worst part is: our government will give it to him.
The least he could do is to speak English, since we're giving him more money than we can print.
I know what I would tell him, but that can't be printed here.
