It looked to me like Tony tried to avoid from hitting him. He had a run and Kurt should've moved. Could be driver, could be spotter. But, he decided to go use the car as a weapon and hit Stewart's car.
Then Tony started to get out to go "talk" (meaning
-Andy) to Kurt and Kurt drove off. 
This is going to be one heckuva season, the 60th NASCAR season!

Tony is an azz. He is a really good driver, and he's proven that time and again, but his temper, arrogance and excessive "bump drafts" put him in the idiot class. For crying out loud, this was the first run of the season and he's already in the trailer.
