Parents might be in the "bathroom" doing thier business (no, I don't mean sex) or stepped out of the room to get something and got side-tracked with something else, and hell broke loose. :shrug:

Yes, it does. I learned like a few others in here about baby powder the hard way. But, leaving a paint can open near a toddler? Come on now! That's just asking for it.
