The top one was a while back in CA. Folks want to drive the coastal route instead of taking Rt 5 and are surprised there are not as many chargers as there are on a main route. The year after this, Tesla showed up with semi trailer mounted Superchargers powered by Powerpacks or Megapack.
No idea about the second.
