Ok, what's the deal with eBates?

I've heard of it for years, but I'm not sure there's any effective way to exploit it to my advantage.

Has anyone been able to use it?

yep, use it all the time. Most times it only adds up to a few bucks but when I re-did my bathroom I used it for all my lowes purchases and ended up with a pretty good size check.
