As someone that worked in a grocery store nothing was more irritating than people stopping me while I was trying to take my 10 minute break after 4 hours.

Also we use our cellphones to communicate with team members who are offsite. No doubt guests have seen me texting at my desk and thought I was screwing around, when really I was telling driver about a problem that had come up.
