Anybody know what's going in where the old Perkins building used to be?

Didn’t notice they had torn down the Perkins, my attention was caught by the Trac-hoe sitting in the rubble where the office building had been.
They tore down the office building too?
Maybe I miss took where the equipment was sitting. I only caught a glance of it in traffic on my way from a medical appointment.
I, for one, am extremely happy that we'll have a car wash in Leonardsville. I'm tired of having to drive all the way to California (MD) to wash my vehicles.
I usually turn left at the light going to the winery.

was there last summer..
Sure was a string of restaurants that were in that building, a couple of them we really liked. Perkins was fine, Arizona pizza was good...and the one after that . Never tried the pho restaurant or the most recent seafood restaurant but had a great burger there a couple times when it was Bottom of the Hill. I count six different businesses have been there.
I still recall when none of that entire shopping center existed.. I lived in 7D back when construction first started and we were happy to see it all coming.

Rustic River was one of them.
that's the one I was trying to remember...husband of one of my Swann's bartenders was the manager there.
And apparently I missed one tenant...Alice's..so that would make it a total of 7 restaurants that have been in that building.
