He seems to have missed the memo that the 911 hijackers were illegals who boarded commercial flights using fraudulently obtained driver's licenses. What does he think will happen when he starts handing out "legal" licenses to illegals like candy?!

I was always taught that driving was a privilege that could be revoked if you broke the law. ILLEGALS by definition are breaking the law yet they are given the same privilege as legal, law-abiding U.S. citizens.

You didn't read the article very well. It points out that MOM's plot is to thwart the provisions of the Federal regulations specifically for illegal aliens. So the problem lies in Annapolis, not D.C.
