OMG!!!!! Make it go away...

Its called OT SHOT .

I was doing an update on my Adobe Reader and BAM it jumped on for the ride. Some how it has locked my Reader so that I can't delete it. I have looked all over the net and tried several suggestions I found. Nothing works!!!
Doesn't seem to be doing anything bad, but it pops up often, its there...and I don't want it.

Has anyone else had this nightmare? Were you able to fix it and if so, how?

Thank you but I tried these. It won't go away

First thing I did was Google and try to find a fix. There has to be some 'small' thing thats missing from those.

Fixedidit all by my little self.....

Now the latest critter is no memory at line 27 when trying to Google , tried everything.
