King County Animal Services responded immediately to an anonymous call Thursday from a person who spotted the puppies, but was unable to reach them.

I am confused. Was the anonymous caller unable to reach the animal services or the puppies? (I know, I am slowbeeztoo).

I wish I could save one

I sure hope the persons responsible are caught, that is such a sad thing to happen and unfortunately it happens more than we like to think. Where is King County? I'm sad now.

Maybe they couldn't get into the dumpster?

Puppies are so sweet. I can't imagine someone doing that to a bunch of babies.
