" BALTIMORE -- The memorial service for the five members of a Parkville family killed by a wrong-way truck in an Ohio highway accident includes some uninvited guests outside.

Three members of the Kansas-based Westboro Baptist Church, known for protests at military funerals, are demonstrating about a block from St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church, the site of the service. "

Is anyone keeping tabs on this pack of bastards, and will let us know when one of them keels over?

I'm waiting for one of them to die, so I can make a visit to their burial site and pay my respects.

I plan on having a cabbage and asparagus cocktail before visiting their rotting corpse, so that the outside of the coffin will stink as bad as the inside.

My mother lives out in Topeka and pays piano for one of the other local Baptist churches. Almost all of Westboro's members are relatives of the pastor. Wonder if that family tree has many forks?

There is really something wrong with those people. Real Christians do not do those kinds of things. I hope people understand that it is not the way of true Godly people to do as these folks are doing. I feel for the families that are effected by these people...it is just so wrong!

Maybe they are under the influence of Satan, and I am not kidding...Either you walk with the Lord and are in right relationship with God or you don't...and if you dont, you open yourself up to evil..ie Satan....
Amen!

For Fred Phelps to say these 5 people were killed as God's punishment for Phelps' church being fined 11 million dollars for their protesting causing disruption at a military funeral just shows how twisted and caught up in his own agenda Phelps really is.

Lemme see if I have this straight...these people who died had nothing to do with the military and had nothing to do with this church and had nothing to do with the people who sued the church or with anyone who was involved with the court proceedings against the church.

Yet according to this church group the family died because they live near Baltimore where the court decision was made.

So, according to that "logic" anyone who dies in or around Baltimore or is from the Baltimore area and dies elsewhere is being "punished" by God because the church lost in court.

WTF??

as fitting as pooping on the grave would be (even better at the showing of it was open casket) I am afraid that you would be jailed for defacing a grave site.

picketing the funeral would be the only thing that you might get away with.

of course if you did poop on the casket and demanded a jury trial, I doubt you would get in much trouble at all.

Agree with you. Unfortunately, with all groups, religions, clubs, etc.. there's always a few nuts that ruin it for everyone.
