I wanted to share this with everyone...a proud parent I am right now.

My oldest son and to write a autobiographical incident that happened to him in his life the has forever changed him. He received the highest grade and his teacher had nothing but wonderful remarks to say. The story is so sad, but I am so very proud of what he has learned at such a young age. It was about an incident that happened while I was married that his step-father did that he will never do. (turn his back on his family) Sad because he had to witness it, but also rewarding because it shows how mature he is.

So Big D, way to go and always no how much of a proud mother you have made me.

Often times the things that seem the hardest to get through are the same things that we are grateful for later. Sorry he had to witness it but it made him stronger and a better man for it when he grows up.

Good for him! Having to go through something so tough at a young age must be rough but he already has the maturity and compassion to know he'll never do it! You're doing a great job as a mama!!!

Thank you! At times it can be hard, 2 of them and 1 of me 24-7. My boys are my everything....
