On-demand electric hot water

I need to replace my hot water heater. It’s 31 years old and I have replaced the elements and thermostats several times in the last five years.

Does anyone know of or have experience with ON-DEMAND ELECTRIC HOT WATER SYSTEMS? Do you have any recommendations for a company to talk to.

I'd like info on that myself. In the dead of winter would the gadget heat the water above ambient temperature to really be hot or not. I have stayed in hotels that used them in South America, but they didn't have to raise the watem temp all that much.

On-demand electric hot water heaters work fast, but may consume more electricity. you normally route you water supply going to the shower thru the heater. The water flow activates the heater and it's almost intantaneous.
