I've been buying glasses online for years. I use eyebuydirect.com for my glasses. My eyesight hasn't changed much so I've been using the same prescription for probably 6 years. They're fast and have a generous return policy. Give them a try. I've only ever returned one pair and that was because after I tried them on, I didn't like the way they looked. Their prices are very competitive. Just be sure your prescription has all the pertinent info on it. You can take a selfie and try them on virtually before you buy. Good luck.

Edit: Just checked my account and I've been a customer since 2013. :shocking:

I just checked and I have a coupon to get BOGO and a free case. I can get 2 pairs shipped for right under $100. I think I may have to jump.

I just get basic glasses and wear driving glasses over my prescriptions. Sunglasses for day driving and yellow lenses for night driving. LED lights are super bright when you're at eye level, like I am in the Jetta. Wearing yellow lenses helps filter out the blue light.

I am so very blessed
I've bought six pairs of prescription glasses from Zenni, and they have been perfect. I have bi-focals, and all my pairs are great. I just got new glasses from Target, and I like my Zenni glasses better.

I buy for the whole family on Zenni, including son's complicated bifocal prescription. have always been happy with them, though they are slow

I bought a pair from Zenni about 3 years ago - a wasted $20. Worst fitting pair of glasses I’ve ever had.

How do you measure your pupil distance?
Don't know if it's right, but use a mirror pretty close to your face. Use the left eye to focus on the left pupil, mark it on the mirror. Without moving the mirror or you, use the right eye to focus on the right pupil, mark it.

Anyone have experience ordering prescription glasses on-line? I am thinking about giving it a try.

Used to have issues back in the early '00s with getting the correct prescription and even lamination for the anti-reflective coating. In the last 10-15 years or so I haven't had an issue as long as I was careful to get my sizing right for the frames.

Anti-scratch / Anti-reflective is a must. Say no to blue-blocker/computer eye strain BS coatings. Make sure your prescription has a PD measurement, it's hard to accurately measure this yourself.
