Malicious Destruction of Property: On July 8, 2020, DFC David Lawrence responded to the 48200 block of Wynne Road in Ridge for the report of property destruction. The victim advised that Vernon Frederick Hammer, 47 of Ridge, broke the victim's satellite dish in an ongoing argument over hooking into the system. After the final argument, Hammer was seen by the victim tearing the satellite arm off so it would be inoperable. Hammer was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property Less than $1,000 and Failure to Obey Lawful Order. Violation of Protective Order: On July 8, 2020, DFC David Lawrence responded to the 46300 block of Columbus Drive in Lexington Park for the reported Violation of a Protective Order where the victim advised that Shane Adam Corcoran, 32 of Mechanicsville, responded to a Facebook post in Violation of a Protective Order. Corcoran was arrested in Mechanicsville, transported to the detention center and charged with Violation of a Protective Order. Case # 42456-20
CDS Possession: On July 9, 2020, Deputy Michael Rycyzyn stopped a vehicle on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park to execute a search warrant obtained by detectives. Tyreke Kenyatta Cutchember, 43 of Lexington Park, was the sole occupant of the vehicle and a search of Cutchember's person found a quantity of oxycodone pills and Cutchember was charged with CDS Possession: Oxycodone. Theft: On July 10, 2020, Deputy Thomas Snyder responded to the Lexington Park Weis grocery store for the report of a theft. The loss prevention officer reported that Melissa Marie Boswell, 36 of Leonardtown, walked past all points of sale with merchandise concealed in her purse. Boswell was charged with Theft: Less than $100. Case # 42873-20
CDS Possession: On July 10, 2020, Deputy Christopher Palmer responded to the Mechanicsville Wawa store to check the welfare of person that appeared to be passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle. Joshua Alan Moore, 31 of Mechanicsville, was arrested for CDS Possession: Xanex and Driving While Impaired by Drugs. Case # 42985-20
Assault: On July 11, 2020, Deputy Christopher Palmer responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for the report of an assault between two inmates. Correctional Officer Moncivais-Romero advised that Keona Dominique Best, 26 of Prince Frederick, threw water on the victim. Best was charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 43153-20
Assault: On July 12, 2020, Deputy Francis Webb responded to the 15200 block of Point Lookout Road in St. Inigoes for the report of an assault. Cpl. Dale Reppel contacted the victim at a safe residence. The victim advised that Joshua Joseph Yates, 30 of St. Inigoes, threw a can of Raid at the victim's forehead, causing a two-inch cut on the victim's head which was bleeding when officers arrived. Yates was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where orange pills were found in Yates' shoe. Yates was charged with Second-Degree Assault and Possession of Contraband in a Place of Confinement. Case # 43328-20

The victim advised that Stanley Leon Outlaw, 24 of Hollywood, destroyed property belonging to the victim's mother during an argument. In addition, an active peace order was in place. Outlaw was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property Less than $1,000, Violation of Peace Order and Property Destruction. Case # 43563-20
Assault: On July 13, 2020, Deputy Alexander Wynnyk responded to the report of trespassing at 22000 Valley Estates Drive in Lexington Park. Dakarai Navek Milburn, 20 of Prince Frederick, was advised that he would be issued a criminal citation for trespassing at Valley Estates when he became agitated and said he wished to go to jail. A victim arrived on the scene to try to calm Milburn, but Milburn spit on the victim twice and resisted arrest. Milburn was charged with Second-Degree Assault, Trespassing on Private Property and Resisting Arrest. Case # 43538-20

Loaded Handgun: On July 13, 2020, DFC Matthew Beyer conducted a traffic stop on Route 235 and Mattapany Road and upon search of the vehicle, a loaded Ruger 9mm handgun was located in a holster. Geremy Michael Tilley, 34 of Goose Creek, South Carolina, was placed under arrest, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center and charged with Handgun on Person, Loaded Handgun on Person, Loaded Handgun in Vehicle and Handgun in Vehicle by Deputy David Katulich. CDS Possession: On July 14, 2020, Deputy John Gardiner made a vehicle stop for erratic driving. Suspected CDS was in plain view and the vehicle was search resulting in the passenger Karla Rene Goode, 43 of California, charged with CDS Possession: Fentanyl, CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Contraband in a Place of Confinement.
