Disorderly Conduct/Trespassing - On Oct. 2, 2020, Cpl. Milton Pesante responded to the 25500 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Wayne Bradley Edger, age 51 of Avenue, became upset and began causing a disturbance at the hospital. Edger was told to leave by employees and instead remained outside and tried to provoke an altercation with two others. Cpl. Pesante ordered Edger to cease his behavior and leave the area. Edger continued to cause a disturbance and was arrested. Edger was charged with Trespass: Private Property and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 60756-20
Assault - On Oct. 3, 2020, Cpl. Kenneth Flerlage responded to the 39600 block of Mason Drive in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Felicia Lorine Curry, age 27 of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim by repeatedly pushing and scratching the victim. Assault - On Oct. 6, 2020, Dep. Jessica Wilson responded to the 24500 block of Mt. Pleasant Road in Hollywood for the reported assault. Investigation determined Sabrina Ann Logan, age 30 of Hollywood, assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim by the neck and ripping the victim's shirt. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Logan was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 61563-20
Theft/Assault/Resisting Arrest - On Oct. 7, 2020, Cpl. Alvin Beishline responded to the 17600 block of Owensville Way in St. Inigoes, to assist the victim in obtaining belongings. The victim obtained property and was in a vehicle leaving the residence when Kenneth Floyd Dodson, age 28 of St. Inigoes, forced is way into the victim's vehicle and attempted to remove the keys, assaulting the victim while trying to get the keys. Deputies on scene advised Dodson he was under arrest, at which time Dodson resisted deputies and would not allow himself to be handcuffed. At the time of arrest, the victim's cellphone was located in Dodson's pants pocket. Dodson was arrested and charged with Theft, Assault 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest and Fail to Obey a Reasonable/Lawful Order. CASE# 61719-20

Obstructing/Failure to Obey - On Oct. 9, 2020, DFC David Lawrence responded to 21911 Three Notch Road for the report of a vehicle stopped in the middle of the intersection. Deputies made contact with Chelsey Kwamell McKay, 28 of Waldorf, who refused to provide any information. McKay was asked several times if she needed any assistance. After two hours, deputies advised that when a tow truck arrived, she would need to exit the vehicle. McKay was asked more than six times to exit the vehicle or she would be placed under arrest. McKay refused to exit the vehicle and was charged with Obstructing and Hindering and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order. Case # 62361-20
CDS Possession - On Oct. 9, 2020, Deputy Joseph Bowling responded to Willows Road and Willows Drive for the check the welfare of a female in the roadway. Amber Lorraine Salgado, 30 of Lexington Park, requested a ride back to her residence and was advised that she would need to be searched before entering the deputy's cruiser. Assault - On Oct. 10, 2020, Deputy Phillip Henry responded to the 28700 block of Point Lookout Road for the report of a disturbance involving a firearm. Patrick Wayne Martin, 34 of Leonardtown, advised that he retrieved a shotgun and brought it out in front of others at the residence to show he was serious about having people leave the property. Victims said they saw Martin point the firearm at them. Martin was charged with two counts of First-Degree Assault and two counts of Second-Degree Assault. Case # 62484-20
Disorderly Conduct - On Oct. 10, 2020, DFC Dale Smith was conducting crowd control at the Mechanicsville Wawa convenience store. DFC Smith walked over the gas pumps where he heard yelling and swearing. Sgt. Cory Ellis advised Takella Patrice Smith, 29 of Lexington Park, to stop causing a disturbance. A short time later, Smith began yelling and using profanity again attracting the attention of numerous people. Smith was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order. The residents advised that someone was trying to enter a bedroom. Robert Earl Norris, 33 of Lexington Park, said he did not know where he was or how he arrived at the residence. As the victim was being treated by paramedics, Arron Michael Griffin, 41 of Leonardtown, hindered the medics and ignored deputies' orders to stop. After a brief struggle, Griffin was restrained in handcuffs and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where three pills of Clonazepam were found on his person.
