Assault: On April 23, 2020, Deputy Latisha Baker responded to the 21600 block of Liberty Street in Lexington Park for the report of an assault. Deputy Baker met with the victim who advised that Levar Tremaine Jackson, 30 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim over an argument, causing scratch marks on the victim's chest, arms and back. Jackson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 25457-20

Escape: On April 27, 2020, Deputy Michael Graves was in the area of 21300 Windsor Drive in Lexington Park when he located Wendell Ignatius Ford, 30 of Lexington Park, who was wanted on several warrants. Ford had been evicted from a court-ordered inpatient treatment facility and did not return to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center. Ford was charged with Second-Degree Escape, Failure to Appear (CDS Possession Not Marijuana), Failure to Appear (Theft Scheme: $10,000 to under $100,000) and a retake warrant. Case # 1025-20

Protective Order Violation: On April 28, 2020, Deputy Benjamin Luffey responded to the 23000 block of Gunston Drive in Lexington Park for the report of a protective order violation. The victim showed the deputy eight email messages that were sent in violation of a court-ordered protective order. Deputy Blake Haas arrived at the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where David Carroll Gass, 59 of California, is incarcerated and charged Gass with Violation of Protective Order. Assault: On April 28, 2020, Cpl. Dale Reppel responded to the 21300 block of Windsor Drive in Lexington Park for the report of a disturbance. The victim advised that Unique Ontree Spicer, 33 of Leonardtown, was court ordered not to be at that location. While waiting for another officer to arrive, Spicer began to argue with the victim and in the presence of the deputy, Spicer struck the victim in the face. Spicer was charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 26403-20

Assault: On April 29, 2020, Deputy Bianca Salas responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for the report of an assault. Staff advised Deputy Salas that the females in Pod B agreed to watch a specific television show, except for Keona Dominique Best, 25 of Prince Frederick. Best did not respect the females' television choice and took the remote control from the victim. The victim blocked the television and attempted to unplug it when Best pushed the victim and swung with a closed fist but missed. Best was charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 26688-20

Theft: On March 31, 2020, Cpl. Timothy Snyder arrested Amber Rosetta Joy, 26 of Hollywood, for Theft under $100 occurring at the Family Dollar store on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. Case # 19699-20 (No photo available)

Theft: On April 21, 2020, Elaina Rae Ann Osborn, 34 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Deputy Mike Walker and charged with Theft less than $100 at the California Walmart store. Case # 24884-20 (No photo available)
